When selling my house, how do I get a Disclosure Packet for the buyer?

In accordance with the Virginia Property Owners’ Association Act, when selling your house, you are required to provide a property owners’ association Disclosure Packet to the buyer. The GWHOA will prepare the appropriate packet, which includes information needed by the buyer to assess the financial health and rules and regulations of the association. The packet also includes any current or pending rule or architectural violations against the lot owner. Requests for the Disclosure Packet should be made to the GWHOA Secretary.
